Principal HR Consultant
I became an accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in 2000. I hold degrees in Business & Finance and Psychology, and I'm accredited with ADR as a workplace, commercial and civil mediator. I'm also a trained CBT counsellor, an experienced mentor and coach, and a board member of the Federation of International Employers (FedEE Global).
Tiani
HR Consultant and Operations Support
Tiani holds a degree in Psychology and is working towards her CIPD accreditation. She works alongside Angela on casework, on-site client consultations and business administration, which lets the business offer more on-site visits and end-to-end case management.
Who I've worked with
Plus individual clients, including representation at Tribunal cases. Sectors supported include engineering, food, manufacturing, distribution, housing associations, textiles, construction, retail, logistics, professional services, fast-growth start-ups, and union pay negotiations (Unite).
Fees and confidentiality
Day rates are competitive and quoted plus VAT. Reasonable travel and accommodation expenses are agreed in advance. Fixed-fee projects are priced on request, following a consultation.
